At 3 stacks, he cloaks himself in a negative energy field.The negative energy field dealsmagic damageequal to4.75(+ 0.25 per level +25%AP) plus1% of the target's max Healthper second and grants him3% Movement Speedfor 5 seconds.Takedowns and basic ability or attack hits against enemy champions or large monsters refresh the negative energy field's duration.Darkness Rise deals a maximum of24damage to monsters per second.
